How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order. You will also be sent the tracking information for your shipment as soon as it is available. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. You can specify a delivery date request at checkout.
Need your order by a specific date? Just leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to make a little magic happen.
Shipping methods
UPS ground is PajamaSutra's preferred shipping carrier, and transit time ranges from 1 business day to Southern California addresses to 5 business days to the East Coast.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping upgrades may be available upon request. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Can I have a gift held for at a later delivery date?
Yes! You can select a later delivery date in the last step of the custom gift box section, or at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time orders are shipped within the United States and Canada. All orders to Canada are subject to potential duties with Canadian customs.
If you would like to place an international order to a country other than Canada, just send an email with your request and you'll receive a shipping quote.
What is your return policy?
If you're not in love with your loungewear for any reason, just send a quick note to let us know. There is just one tiny thing: we ask that the item(s) be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, and within 30 days of delivery. If you are outside of the 30 day return window, not to worry...every effort will be made to make sure you are happy!
What is your exchange policy?
Size exchanges are complimentary! Whether you've purchased for yourself or received it as a gift, it's important that your new loungewear flatters you completely. If you need a different size, just send an email.
How does Build a Gift Box work?
Choose your box, fill it with your favorite PajamaSutra finds and products from our curated collection of South Asian-inspired brands, add a personalized message, and we'll package everything beautifully and send it on its way.
Can I ship a gift box directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter your recipient's shipping address at checkout and we'll send your gift directly to them.
Will prices be included in the gift box?
Never. Gift receipts do not include pricing information.
Can I include a handwritten note?
Yes! Every gift box includes the option to add a personalized message that we'll include with your gift.

How do your robes fit?

What if I'm buying a gift and don't know their size?
